Avivit ,Malka –
It all started out as a typical FaceBook Love Story between me and her art pictures.
Every Friday after cleaning, cooking and having my shower, it was the best time to get into bed and keep up to date with the new works on her Facebook page.
Until one Friday when I decided I’d send yael a message and make sure she knows that I fell in love.
Who would have believed she would answer?
And from there it all began to roll into one of my own works!
Dear Yael, Thank you for your tremendous empathy.
Thanks for the containment.
thanks for caring.
Thanks for the convenience.
Thanks for listening and most of all, thanks for your patience!
Thank you that thanks to you, without any connection to the art piece, you have also managed to arrange a few things for me in my personal life in a completely different “art form”.
You’re among the talented women I got to know!
Thank you for the most accurate Life Letter I could imagine.
I will use this opportunity to tell you that the Friday practice has not changed and will not change! I am hooked..
Admire and love madly !!

Evyatar (Tari) Shlush –
A routine trip by my wife Ruti and me in the streets of Jaffa led us to her studio.
We looked in the window, decided to go inside – and discovered a magical world. An amazing collection of works and a craftsmanship.
Destiny gives us such a rare discovery.
How can you not fall in love?
At the time we met, I had already finished the first 100 pages of my illustrated autobiography.
I had a lot of things that I collected from childhood – all kinds of symbols, and various souvenirs. I wanted to tell a story – and I was amazed at the fact that you could take all these souvenirs and a stingray in “Signs of Life” and tell the story in a three-dimensional work.
The truth is that I never indulged myself in such a gift, and my wife, Ruthie, read my heart well and decided to give me the perfect gift for my 60th birthday.
Yael took the souvenirs I brought her, created other miniatures, inserted family pictures of different milestones in the story of my life, and with amazing talent arranged them all in the letter “Shin” (Hebrew Letter-Stands for my Family name Shlush).
When I went to the studio to see the result, just before it was finished, I was moved to tears.
Just an amazing experience – I’ll never forget!
Dear Yael – Thank you for appearing in my life, and you told my story in your amazing creative way.
The “Life Letter” you created for me, is not only an impressive work of art – it is an extraordinary experience in its own right, added to the story of my life.
a thousand thanks!
Evyatar (Tari) Shlush
